I went to Foschini festival mall on Saturday the 13th of June to return my shoes that were a factory fault and were bought at Mall of Africa. When I stated my problem I was first dismissed by a lady who had platinum coloured hair saying that I should return the shoes where I bought them. It was only when I refused that they then started to be of assistance. The experience was ********** with Ecsinia shouting across the floor that it had been over 30days while serving another customer and Sana(works at cosmetics) also giving remarks and side eyes. The only person who was willing to help was the manager Simphiwe who was not even there because she said she's running her store remotely. The staff at Foschini festival has an appalling attitude that is very damaging to the brand TFG. I am disgusted to say the least and as a result I will be closing my account.
