I am extremely frustrated by the service I am receiving from Foschini, I had placed an order online on the 24th April 2020 , paid for it and when I track my order it says it was cancelled. I have emailed and called them so many times and only received a reply to my numerous emails today, they confirmed that my order has been cancelled and the only way to fix this is to place another order. They never mentioned anything about refunding my money or reversing the cancellation as it was an error on their side. Terrible customer service.
