hopeless,pathetic *********** agents

My percentage of hope to put this behind me is on 0%. Horrific terrible service...*********** ruthless agents.I have settled my payment as the discount received from the rebrookly attorneys, a debit order went off with the amount advised is due...every 7 days i ask for a paid up letter, 28 days later no paid up letter...cant speak to manager as agent is supposedly not aware of manager name and is always new...im beyond frustrated...have no idea how these people get paid for doing literally ****
