Hiking prices of old stock by more than 20

I recently purchased a blouse at Foschini for R260. I wanted another in a different colour but had to wait 3weeks for a transfer from another branch. I collected my blouse only to find that a sticker had been placed over the original price hiking it up by R40. This is completely unfair practice as it was not new stock. The assistant showed me various items in the store where the same had been done. I can understand if the stock was new but not acceptable on old stock.
