Highly irate with BASH ONLINE

Good day.

I am highly irate, since the start of December I order online on bash all my orders add up to over 4k I still have 2 parcels outstanding. All I did was emailed bash to ask how long it will take to get the 2 deliveries cause it’s been more then 7 days , then they decided to refund and cancel my order and it’s gifts for my family which I feel is wrong to just cancel my order and I paid for it I didn’t say cancel it all I wanted to know how long it will take.
