highly irate customer!

this is my third online purchase that they have cancelled. this time i even called to confirm my order and purchase! if your online shopping is so useless then why even have such an option for your clients??? i am not the only one with this problem. i had a few people that complain their purchases gets cancelled!!! i have been a loyal customer for 10 years and they keep doing this. even your online profile to pay accounts doesn't even work.
