Hi Online - package delivery delayd

I recently bought a Cell phone via the TFG (Hi-online) website. On the website its confirmed that delivery is between 3 -5 days at R50.00 delivery. For R75 you can do an express delivery, which is what I paid for.<br> I also specifically requested, that the delivery company phone me when they ready to deliver my package.<br> <br> After 5 days I phoned TFG to enquire when my package will be delivered. The TFG consultant couldn't confirm and advised that they will email the delivery company. I followed up again the next day and they told me they still waiting for a response from the delivery company. I phoned back again and was advised that the delivery company was at my house on Wednesday and that no one was home. Firstly, no one phoned me to advise that they ready to deliver, as per my request. Secondly, It just so happens that I was at home on Wednesday, and I can confirm that they lying. Its been 2 weeks now and still no package . I will never use Hi Online or TFG again. Would rather stick with professionals like Takeallot..
