help me with paid up letter
I have contacted the foschini law firm handling my accounts several times,requesting my paid letter and every time they always say they have sent it to me...and that they would resend...and it is four months now..I am unable to apply any loan or accounts due to this outstanding balance I have settled couple of months ago...can anyone please help me...
