Hated the service

<p>So I bought a friend of mine and perfume voucher for her birthday. Today she asked her boyfriend to go get a perfume for her using the voucher. Sipho gets there and is told they need to verify that he bought this voucher with a tax invoice which he obviously won't have bring that it was a gift voucher. Sipho had to call me and I had to leave me work and come prove this voucher. The consultant said she doesn't understand why I'm not happy about this. My question is should everytime we buy a voucher provide the tax invoice so they don't have to be treated like ********* when redeeming it and one doesn't have to be inconvenienced at work to go prove it and have a consultant tell me they don't know why I'm fighting.. </p>
