Dear Foschini

A few months ago I lost a family member and have been bombarded with medical and other expenses. I have been getting calls from you regarding payment of which I have made contact via email. The consultants for your collections, phone me on the office phone where I am not allowed personal calls. I have emailed the arrangement address and notified of them. I have also tried to make an arrangement which is of no use. They keep phoning the office, which is an open plan office and I just end up cutting the call as I am not allowed private calls during working hours, hence me trying to make an arrangement via an email which has been allocated for that reason.

By you guys phoning the office, you are not helping either of us.

Please remove my office number from your contact list as you guys are making me give out personal information over the phone and whilst I do know why , it doesnt help you getting money, if I end up not having a job due to your constant calls
