Harrasment by Foschini debt collectors

I get harassed by the service providers appointed to call us when owing Foschini, I was unable to make a payment for a month I received a call Tuesday morning and was asked why did I not make a payment I said I do not have money, she said to me " did you not get your salary"

I did not seat well with question and the tone of the voice, then I made arrangements the lady did not update and I keep receiving calls from them everyday and I keep explaining myself and when I try to explain that I made arrangements and why do they call me they drop the phone and I am tired and feel harrased for missing payment for just few days Aowa.
