Harrasing of my cell phone number and late calls

I have never had such **** service from any one or any company ever This Number ********** 000 keeps on call me and informing me that my account is over due when having the store to look into my account -they are advising me that the account is up to date but still im being charged a SMS and Letter fee And A ****en Tellephone charge call fee,(I w ant all this late charges fee's to be reversed )I have emailed ********** (LIEZEL FORBES rep**** once's ,)i want all late charge fees to be refunded and i want to be removed from all sales calls and and advertising emails ,you bunch of people is terrible and evan threatening me to blacklist me in your Letters ,
