HARASSMENT SMS'S & CALLS REGARDING THIS ACCOUNT EVEN THAT I'M PAYING MY ACCOUNT (FIXED ARRANGEMENT)

<p>I'm paying my Foschini's. For the past month I keep on receiving phone calls and harassment sms's from ANOTHER Debt Collecting company threatening me with legal action even that there is an arrangement to pay my account with Foschini's. I contacted Foschini's several times stating I did make a fixed arrangement. After several attempts to explain to the company who is phoning me that I'm paying my account they keep on sending sms's and making calls (even to my son). The contact person at Sithole Att (Samantha) is aware of this arrangement. The moment I make a payment I receive an email from her thanking me for the payment, then requesting we must make another arrangement for the future date of payment. Why cant Sithole Att put this on record that there is an arrangement in place. Every month Samanta sends me an email requesting to pay more (R220 pm or the minimum of R110). Copies of her email can be provided. I told them I am the only breadwinner because my husband is disabled and does not earn an income. Everything was fine with Foschini (Acc Dept) when making the fixed arrangement. Why do Foschini appoint another Debt Collector after my account has been handed over to Sithole Att. This is harassment.</p>
