Harassment over the phone and ridiculous phone charges

<p>Hi </p> <p>I have a lot to complain about TFG. </p> <p>I'm currently an TFG account holder and These sales guys from TFG who keep CALLING and BUGGING me over the phone to promote these stupid magazines and lifecovers are f**** irritating I don't need a magazine I'm not bored and I don't need a prostate cancer life cover, I've even went to an extent of sending an email to TFG requesting that they should stop calling me. Worst of all TFG charges me R30 whenever they call me, damn I didn't request to be called do I look lonely, oh and here is the cherry on top, I'm being charged R20 for postage that I don't even get cause you guys can't even get my postal addresses correct even though I update my details. </p> <p>So I'm requestin that (1) TFG stops calling me. (2) . I demand you guys reverse every R30 you charged me for receiving calls from the headoffice or the sales department. (3) Don't ever send me statements via post rather email them. </p> <p>And dare charge me R30 for calls I swear I'll opt the legal way. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
