Harassment from Foschini Group

Please can someone help. i am being harrassed by the foschini credit agents. Have been doing my best to pay my account on time. when i am not able to pay the required amount, i call call them to make an arrangement. immediately after paying, i get calls from their disrespectful agent who cant even greet. I am now ready to report Foschini as this is unfair treatment, They are demanding an amount of R1 060 immediately when my payment is supposed to be R350. the service fro this store is appauling and their agents are abusive.
