Harassment!!!
The Foschini Group will not only ignore your emails sending proof of payment, but their rude consultants will also harass you and your kin with collect calls and SMSes. I have sent numerous emails to the *** email address and have not received a single response. I made a payment on 27 October via EFT and my payment has not been allocated yet. WHY WOULD IT TAKE SO LONG?
The Foschini Group has a rotten culture of ignoring customer emails, misdirecting calls, hanging up. The harassment I have received warrants an apology and reversal of charges on my account. A review needs to be done on how many clients are charged for collection services unwarranted despite making payment and sending proof thereof.
