I receive daily computer-generated calls from this number, associated with the Foschini Group, but upon answering, the call is terminated on the other end. I suspect that the telesales department uses some kind of computerized call generator that is too fast for their call operators, hence a daily repetition. I wish to lodge a complaint of inappropriate customer harassment via calls, and request the Foschini group to indicate in writing that they are in no way associated with this number, nor make use of sales practice as described above, or, if this is the case, they will take active, transparent steps to address the matter.
