Harassed with direct marketing.

I opened an account with Foschini, and since doing so i have been harassed every day with calls for discounts and promotions. I have asked the call agents to take my name off the list as I am not interested in direct marketing, however, they told me i should go to the store. I went to the store (Archive, Loch Logan Mall) and informed them I do not give consent to receive marketing calls. They told me that it was not possible to take my name off the marketing list. I am extremely frustrated with the unending calls where even when I say I am not interested i still get harrassed with calls. I am getting calls every day sometimes twice a day. I block and a new number emerges. This is a violation of my privacy and POPI as I have indicated several times that I do not give consent to receive direct marketing from Foschini. Please take my name off the marketing list, i do not give consent to receive direct marketing from Foschini.
