I would like to forward my thanks to Clinton of The Foschini Group Cape Town. Clinton took his time and put in effort into finding a solution to my problem, he kept his word and even offered alternatives while trying to sort out the issue. I wish service providers would get it right the first time, treat customers fairly and promote client centricity. Thank you very much Clinton.
