Handed Over to a NON exsisting Veri CREDIT!

Hello There, i have been struggling to pay this account. As i am the sole bread winner . I work in a call Centre, so i have not received any telephone communication regarding this matter, my cell number has changed.The email that was on file years ago has also changed . i have now retrieved the emails that were sent. and decided that i would need to make and arrangement. i have since discovered that this account has been handed over to people you can not communicate with, i have also been charged for this so called text messages and emails "contacts" as well and this has now increased the amount due.I need someone to call email me regarding this matter on ********** so that i am able to arrange a time to speak. I DO NOT WANT TO PAY ALL THIS EXTRA CHARGES. i want to pay what is due so can they please arrange an amount so that this can be paid off and closed ASAP.

PS i already have made a payment in store and it seems that they have not pick this up i have proof of this payment as well
