Handed over sms received (credit balance -R9.47)

I received an sms from Eastern Berry Attorneys to say I have been handed over for non-payment. I tried to call Foschini's accounts department on numberous occasions to no avail. I then tried to obtain a statement online to no avail. I got the toll free number from the internet and called this number twice (1st time cut off). Then got through and got my account balance (credit balance of -R9.47). I then called the attorneys, gave them my ID number and was told that I do not exist on their system (Luckily). The only explanation I got was that my number could be a secondary number on someone else's account. This is a poor excuse as Foschini Accounts should make sure of their facts before handing contact details onto their attorneys. I expect an apology from Foschini as this has taken time out of my very busy day.
