Handed over account

I have been calling Vericred for my foschin account that was handed over to them cause I want to pay it off, until today I'm still waiting please guys help cause this is really irritating me cause when I call I don't just get help straight awthey keep on transferring my calls and that costing me money as well, I need to clear my name as soon as possible
