Handed Over Account

My account has been handed over people that seems to not exist. I have phoned customer service many times to advise that i cannot get hold those people. Sent emails to Jacqueline to advise that the number is not going through. I made a payment of Balance at the store but i cannot get a letter from the store that i have paid. I phoned again today spoke to Letitia who advised that she will get those people to call me but it has never happened.
