GREEDY FOSCHINI

I bought a gold watch at foschini cash on the 31st of January 2015 with an amount of R349.00 and i rvd a silver watch as a gift. i return both of them to the store. i told the lady that i just want to exchange them with a purse and something from accessories. the lady says they can only change jewelry with Jewelry. Then i took another watch with the same amount i ask the lady am i not getting a gift the lady says no IF THEY CANT GAVE MY GIFT REFUND WILL DO. immediately i call head office i explain my situation the lady transfer to the other department i hold for 7 mins. i call again i ask the lady who am i speaking to she will say the switch board, the lady refuse to give her name. HEAD OFFICE THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
