GREAT SHOPPING!! NOT THERE WHEN NEEDED!!

<p> Hi there,</p> <p><br /> </p> <p><br />So i've been shopping with the group for a number of years now and i wouldn't go anywhere else.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I took out Insurance on a watch purchased a few months ago. I lost this watch very recently unfotunately so ofcourse i'm going to try and claim for it on the insurance that i pay for and reflects on my statement.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Went to the same jewellery shop and they said the insurance is only done in store. Called the call centre about 5 times and each time i end up with different numbers that either don't exist or goes to a voicemail for some reason.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />All i want is this situation sorted out that for some reason seems impossible!! </p> <p> </p> <p><br />Any response would be amazing from the right personel!</p>
