Great service in store and online.

After initially experiencing bad customer service and a 3 week delay in delivery in Dec/Jan, I am happy and extremely impressed with Foschini. They gave me a voucher for all the trouble I had. Since then, I have ordered from them 3 more times online and I have received continuous updates relating to the delivery as I waited. I received each order within 2-3 days of having placed the order! Now THAT is going above and beyond to improve and excel at their customer service. I have also purchased items in store and received a friendly reception. The sales ladies on the floor was helpful and willing to assist and answer all the questions I had regarding the products I wanted to buy.
