Great service at Foshini Promenade

It's Christmas an I had an issue with a phone device I purchased at a foshini at Cape gate. The device fish switch on after I gave it to my duaghter for a Christmas gift. So I went to the nearest Foshini which is at promenade. I would like to thank the consultant Asad he is a real problem solver. He did everything and more to make my experience feel less stressed. He went by far beyond his work task to keep me happy. He even went as far as taking me to the nearest store to get me sorted to purchase the device and explain T.C.to me that was never explained by the consultant at foshini cape gate. Thank you you are truly an asset a rare gem in the retail business. This man deserves an award I never experienced such great service in a long time. Thank you Foshini Promenade.
