Great Service After Complaint Received
After I logged a complaint in February, and posted a comment yesterday that I had had no feedback as yet - I received a phone call the same day from Pretty the Store Manager, and Vertah the Cosmetics Manager. They gave me a wonderful complimentary gift to apologize. Thank you Foschinis! I love my gifts!
