I went to activate my foschini card at Soshanguve crossing in the morning i got bad service starting from the 4 ladies that were on the counter. I got assisted by a gentle man who scanned n email my documents he was friendly. Second time to collect the card i was assisted by a rude bright complexion lady who just came back from work didnt even know what the hell she was doing. Thats when Evelyn jumped in she was quick n efficient informed me what was the process with my new card. She was friendly and had a welcoming face unlike some of your staff. I recommend her 100%
