Gossiping about clients infornt of other clients

Went to Soda Bloc in greenacres after purchasing something from sportscene. My slips shows there is available credit. Tried to purchase some items at soda bloc and they told me no credit available. Left the shop and saw the manager come in so I went back she called customer service and said I need to send a copy of my ID. I left the store only for my cousin to call me and tell me that the manager and the 2 employees were gossiping about me when I left. My cousin works in the centre and she went to pay her account. They did not know she was my cousin before I left the centre I told her what happened. So this is what the employees do when unhappy customers leave the store. The fact that they did it infront of clients just shows me what the Foshini Group is about
