Goodbye Donna Claire

Visited the shop in Mall of the North today. Found an item that was exactly what I wanted. The original price was R399.00. On the same tag was a small red sticker reflecting R299.00 but at the bottom of the price tag, stapled to the tag was a red square piece of paper reflecting NOW and below that R199.00. As the cashier scanned the tag it reflected as R299.00. Upon enquiry I was notified that she cannot give me the 'NOW' price and that her manager is not there to assist. She called someone and thereafter told me that the price is R299.00. I frequently bought clothes at DC but after today I am EXTREMELY disappointed because of their poor quality of service. I will not buy from them again but boicot them because of their incapable staff and attitude. Shame on you Donna Claire!!!!
