I would like to thank Alvina Jooste based at Foschini I think Head Office, I was once unhappy with a query I had not that it was resolved it was not. I recently needed assistance and I emailed her directly because I didn't want to deal with Foschinis *********** call centre staff. She is awesome and response timeously if Foschni can create proper processes internally that will our lives easier Thanks Alvina your colleagues can learn a thing or two from you
