Good response to earlier complaint

I would like to thank Alvina Jooste for a quick, decisive and professional response to my ealier complaint regarding my account falling into o arears. You were really a star and i wish you handle other complaints just as you did mine. I would also like to thank Hellopeter for being a platform that helps us bring industries into accountability for their actions and those of their employees who are a reflection off the company. I would further like to apologise to Reza Parker and his team for the harsh tone of voice used in my earlier complaint i hope you did not take it to heart. It brings me no pleasure coming to this site to write bad reviews, thanks Alvina and i hope you will receive fewer complaints to deal with, if everyone does the right thing throughout the hierachy at all times, but should u receive any just handle them as you did mine :)
