Good day. I have been struggling with Fochini from last year. I have requested for a closed account letter from them. Decided to phone again this year to request for the letter. Spoke to many ladies over the phone, promising the letter to be sent over 48hours, 48hours past and nothing. Phoned them again and spoke to 2 different ladies over the course of 6hours and they promised me the letter to be sent the same day. Confirmed 2 emails that they can sent it to. And guess what, still nothing... I am kinda over this nonsense!
