Good Customer Service

My fiance recently had a problem with her TFG insurance when she was trying to claim. I would like to personally thank Tracy Mobbs (Senior area manager) and Siya (Foschini Rosebank) for their relentless efforts in ensuring that the matter get's resolved. They both have been keeping us updated in every step. They've shown professionalism and proper customer service to us.
