Gift Voucher restricted

Good day,<br> <br> I was trying to buy from American Swiss in Mall @ Reds on the 28th January 2015, using my TFG Gift Card with number: ***0 0***.<br> <br> This card had R500 originally on it, of which R199 was used in December 2014, leaving a balance of R301.<br> <br> On trying to use the card on the 28th January 2015 at American Swiss, the lady from American Swiss said the card is restricted.<br> <br> The TFG Call Centre lady mentioned that there was something wrong with a batch of cards.<br> <br> This is a card I received from my company, as an award, so I don't know details about who bought it and where?<br> <br> Further note that I was trying to use this in conjunction with my TFG Rewards card which had a R100 voucher for buying from American Swiss for R500 or more on of before 29 January 2015.<br> <br> In total I've lost R401. <br> <br> American Swiss phoned the TFG call centre.<br> <br> I phoned the TFG call centre.<br> <br> I mailed TFG complaints.<br> <br> No response. <br> <br> Please help,<br> <br> Marelize<br>
