Gift exchange - Donna Claire will not exchange without a slip

<p>To Whom it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>I received a gift for my birthday from Donna Claire but it is to big , the stores will not exchange it without a slip. The tag is still on the dress , i did not even try it on as you can see it is very big. Called head office and they said i need a slip. Where do i get a slip from as it was a gift?</p> <p>Can someone please help me! I can only go to the store in Cresta Mall.</p>
