GETTING A PAID UP LETTER IS LIKE PULLING TEETH!!!

My account was handed over to MBD and settled at the beginning of August. I've been trying to get someone to send me a paid up later but unfortunately nobody picks up my calls and I'm getting annoyed of wasting my airtime almost everyday for nothing! Getting a paid up letter is like pulling teeth! It's almost 2 months now but I'm still waiting for a paid up letter!
