Further investigation

On the 2nd of December 2023,I was ****** in Kinnel worth.The matter was reported in n the nearest police station.I then reported to Foschin to block my cards. On the 13 of April 2023.I was in house and I received a phone call land line .The person Identified himself as an employee from Foschin.He asked me if I was the one who just tried to replaced to the card ?I said no,I then asked him to continue blocked it as it was blocked in December.I also asked him to check if there was no purchase made ,he said no purchase done he then advised to go to the nearest Foschin to asked thm to gv me another card.On the 30 of April 2024 as i was making my monthly payment I discovered that on that day the 13 of April the purchase of R+-10000-00 was made at the Pavilion in DBN yet I'm in Cape town.My question is how come an outsider hv a n access in my cards while it was blocked n i was given another new card in December or Jan.. cant recall.i am really feeling so disappointed and i cannot enjoy the benefits of having credit account as my account was blocked since then still under the investigation
