Worst experience of my life battling with *********** staff who care nothing about commission and nothing about an actual loyal paying customer. I have been dealing with a 'an unpaid account' for a ****ing long time now. I have made payment sent proof payment and still these assholes are telling me that my account is in arrears.

Now my credit record seems ****ed. I am currently unemployed and don't have time for debt collectors calling me for payments I have made ?

I have evidence of this poor service I have received. Their communication sucks. Their response time to anything is putrid. Their agents are rude and their supervisors are quite terrible too.

I hate foschini. Can someone please sort my query out????????????
