Frustration with no end to incompetence!!

I am so disappointed in the service I've received from Foschini. I only gave them 1 star, because the system wouldn't allow me to type a review without giving a star. For the second time in 2 years, Foschini just went and blacklisted me. First for R23 a year ago and now again for R103. This after my account was settled already the 3rd of March 2020 and I closed it. Nobody sent me an email, statement or anything to inform me that my account was in arrears according to them, they just went and blacklisted me. At long last they wrote of the R103 and my account is on a zero balance, but now I'm battling to get a paid up letter to try and get my name cleared. After 2 weeks, I phoned them now once again ... they still haven't closed my account. Still they haven't requested my paid up letter ... I went into the store numerous times ... I phoned the call centre numerous times ... It's as if nobody is doing their job ...

I'll never open an account with Foschini or the TFG group again and I'll warn people that they're quick to give credit, but not as quick to assist if you need help ... How can they just mess up your credit score and pull up their shoulders when you get upset!!!
