Frustrating shopping experience

Review for Shoes Ordered from Bash

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Bash, expecting a smooth process. However, when they arrived, I found they were the wrong size and unfortunately didn’t fit. The invoice noted that the shoes were sold by Sneaker Factory but could be returned at any Foschini store. When I took them to my local Foschini, they refused to accept the return, saying they couldn’t help me.

Now, I’m expected to travel 200km to the nearest Mall of the North for a simple return! This feels unfair for customers who trusted the convenience of ordering through Bash, only to find returning items a massive inconvenience. Sitting with shoes I can’t wear has made this whole experience frustrating and disappointing.

A more transparent return policy or additional support would greatly improve the experience for customers facing similar issues.
