Frustrated
<p>Foschini handed me over to Easton Berry and they've been deducting the money from my bank account from September 2015, then Easton Berry told me to pay the final amount of R577.63 at Foschini branch. To my suprise with them I still owe R1001.76 then I phoned Easton Berry to tell me what's going on, the person I spoke to (Sphesihle Mbambo) told me that my account is settled. It is frustrating that 2 companies that are working together they do not communicate. I just need Foschini to update their system cause I truly do not understand how I still owe them on the other hand at Easton Berry my account is settled. </p>
