I just like to give credit to the Area Manager Of TFG Group Foshini-Tracey for getting back to me, the following day, after my query.

That's awesome service, she took full responsibility of what occured, although she wasn't at fault.

On Tuesday, I Was assisted by Thindela(Store Manager), Cassius(Manager) And Happy.

They exchanged the damaged phone for a brand new phone, for the same value.
