Dear Ceo/ Directors/Stakeholders

I see today after i got my statement that my last payment was allocated to my account hence the reason your call centre for debt collectors calls me everyday continously regarding payment bare in mind that my place of work was closed for 3 month since lockdown started and i have tried my best to keep payments up to date with TFG each month its showed that the amount was credited for the past 3 years never had a problem my question i transferred the same amount last month like i do every month but that was not credited where is my money then? You call me eagerly for this money now every today on my statement but i don't see the payment being credited that i paid.Now where is my money I am definitely going to the ombudsman regarding this because this is *****!
