********** Activity on my Edgars account

Good day ,

I’m writing this complaint to seek help in fixing my problem ,I am regretful to say that I’m very disappointed in Edgars .

Please note ,that I paid my account in full last year October and received no paid up letter from Edgars .Then I recently received a sms stating that I owe Edgars a R153.53 and I was Handed over to MBD .

I would like for this matter to be investigated ,I have my proof of payment and would like my paid up letter and my name to be cleared by MBD.
