Two years I go I bought my daughter a sumsung phone using my account at sterns or American Swiss I don't remember. Then a few days later I received a call from Foschini for cell insurance which cost R49 a monthly basis. I agreed to it and they said gave been debiting my Foschini account and around 9 March we claimed for it as she had lost it . We did all the required things they needed but up to so far we have not received any communication from then . My daughter called more than 3 times they said they offline and she again called twice where call was dropped while she they were checking for her and twice again she called they said they had not received the forms .my daughter went to the store to fetch the forms so she could send them herself and again took them back . A week went by after forms were sent no communication again she then called in and was told they cant see my policy for phone the only thing they see is r22 being deducted were as I know of R49 monthly. mind due they told her to.
