I have an account for credit with one of your stores. The fix southgate mall. In 2020. Someone used my account **********ly, even though I had my card safely with me. The card was maxed out. When I approached the store, they investigated and found out it was used in sandton . I was informed to open a case at a police station which I did. Handed over the case to them and till today nothing further has been done. I am now blacklisted and that account is the reason.. I feel hard done by foshini group
