Hi I would like to lodge a complaint concerning two things. The first is that of my 61 year old mother who has had for the last few months been charged for a teen magazine which she did not sign up for, I mean really what 61 year old in their right mind would sign up for a teen magazine? This is *****. I want you to investigate this as a matter of urgency. Now for my complaint I would like to complain about your *** service. You have a selfhelp service on your Markhams website. I have logged probably ten enquiries and nobody has contacted me besides your ****in sales team trying to sell me ****ing airtime I am ****ed because when I spoke about my concerns to them and asked them to log a complaint about you guys not getting back to me after so many requests, they said that they are part of another department and could not assist me. I work in a contact centre when it comes to something like this we try to assist or if we cannot we escalate to the relevant department. I enquired about a product on your markhams site product number ***6 & ***8 Black & Brown Two Eyelet Derby Shoe was R540 now R399 that was on sale how do i get the product.
