apparently im owing foshini but ive never opened an account with them, went to foschini store in bridge city Durban lady assisted by calling ***** department whom they advise that i will need to bring affidavit and my id copy stating that iver open an account with i did, i then received a REF no: F ********** 1 via sms that was on the 12 May 2017 and i was advised will be contacted but till today no one has contacted me to advise him of the status of the account that i havent opened, which is affecting my credit record ive checked my self of credit score and it still shows that i have account with foschini and its has an amount outstanding on the sms contact number: (021) ********** was given but when i phone this number it rings and then it says sorry number is not working press the extension you want to be transferred too. this really bad i needed it sorted out, i cannot be inconvenienced by following up while ive given them all that was required by me and after that nothing is be done. my name is nonkululeko mthethwa contact number: ********** 905 email: **********
